Transportation Policy Terms

I. Service Content and Scope

Service Types: Provide two types of cross-border transportation services, namely "Bonded Import for Online Shopping" (1210) and "Direct Purchase Import" (9610), covering one-stop services including warehousing and sorting, international transportation, customs declaration, and destination delivery.
 
Value-added Services: Value-added services such as door-to-door pickup, overseas secondary sales assistance, and cross-border return logistics can be provided. The specific standards shall be subject to the platform's public notice.
 
Prohibited Goods: Do not accept dangerous goods, controlled items, and goods beyond the "List of Cross-border E-commerce Retail Import Goods".
 

II. Transportation Time Limit and Process

Time Limit Standards: Goods shipped from the bonded warehouse will be dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 3 - 7 working days after customs clearance. The customs clearance time limit for direct purchase imported goods shall not exceed 24 hours, and the whole transportation process takes 7 - 15 working days.
 
Operation Process: Order payment → The platform transmits the "three-way data" information to the customs → Goods dispatch from the warehouse → International transportation → Customs inspection → Destination delivery → Signing and confirmation.
 

III. Fee and Tax Rules

Transportation Fees: Charged according to the weight, volume of the goods and the destination. The detailed fees will be displayed in real time when placing an order. The platform has the right to adjust the rates according to policies.
 
Tax Explanation: Import taxes and fees shall be borne by consumers. The platform will collect and remit them in accordance with the law. The tax amount shall be subject to the customs' verification and shall be paid together with the order.
 

IV. Liability and Claims

Platform Liability: For the damage or loss of goods caused by the logistics party's fault during the transportation process, full compensation can be claimed with the damage records and photos at the time of signing.
 
Exemption Circumstances: The platform shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by customs inspections, force majeure, or improper packaging of goods.
 
Claims Process: Submit an application through "Logistics After-sales" within 7 days after signing → Upload the vouchers → The compensation will be credited to the account within 3 - 7 working days after passing the review.
 

V. Others
